The money-back guarantee is a great way to try our DirectAdmin Hosting, Web Hosting, and Cloud Hosting packages with no risk. You can cancel within the first 30 days after service activation and receive a full refund.
This includes any domain registration or transfers included with your hosting package. However, the standard price of the domain will be deducted from your refund.
The domain will be entirely yours to use as if you had purchased it standalone.
Our money-back guarantee doesn't mean you can't order from us again in the future. We encourage it! We ask that you understand that we can only offer one refund per customer. So if you purchase a hosting plan and then cancel it, you will be refunded, but you won't be able to receive another refund if you cancel again.
